These terms govern the use of OnlyOne: the website www.onlyoneplateform.com, the app and the OnlyOne AI coach. OnlyOne is operated by OnlyOne Plateform, 80 Av. Diagonal, Calle 39, 77712 Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo, México, onlyonecoachingapp@gmail.com.
OnlyOne Plateform is an independent business. It is not associated with any coaching business, including OnlyOne Coaching, which uses the platform like any other coach.
This is a translation. If it differs from the French version, the French version prevails, unless the law of your place of residence requires otherwise.
By creating an account or using OnlyOne, as a client or as a coach, you accept these terms and the privacy policy. If you do not accept them, do not use OnlyOne.
OnlyOne is a technology platform for training and nutrition coaching. It gives coaches the tools to follow their clients (plans, check-ins, messaging, macro counting) and offers OnlyOne AI, a coach powered by artificial intelligence (answers, analyses, training and nutrition plans).
Human coaching services are provided by the coaches, not by OnlyOne Plateform (section 5).
OnlyOne does not give medical advice.
Analyses (sleep, blood work, body composition, supplements, meals and macros), nutrition advice and training programs produced by artificial intelligence or offered by coaches are for information and education only. They do not replace the advice, diagnosis or treatment of a health professional (for example a doctor, nutritionist or kinesiologist).
Some analyses offered to coaches follow a holistic approach inspired by naturopathy, for example looking for what in the diet may explain digestive discomfort. They suggest leads and trials to validate; they make no diagnosis and prescribe no treatment.
Before starting an exercise program or changing your diet, consult a health professional, especially in case of pregnancy, breastfeeding, chronic disease, heart or metabolic disorder, history of eating disorder, medication use or recent injury.
In a medical emergency, call 911 or your country's emergency number.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and your information accurate. The self service AI coach is reserved for people aged 18 and over. A minor can be followed by a coach only with the agreement of a parent or guardian.
You can delete your account at any time: Settings, then “Delete my account”. Deletion is permanent; the privacy policy explains what is erased and when.
Every coach who uses OnlyOne is an independent business or self employed professional. Coaches are not employees, agents or partners of OnlyOne Plateform.
When you work with a coach on OnlyOne, the follow-up contract is formed between you and that coach only. Each coach sets their own follow-up terms and conditions: services, length, price, payment, cancellation and refunds. You read and accept them in the contract you sign with your coach, and your coach is responsible for them.
OnlyOne Plateform is not a party to these contracts. It does not provide the coach's services and is not responsible for the coach's advice, programs or commitments, or for the payments agreed with them. For any question about your follow-up, a payment or a refund, contact your coach.
A coach who uses OnlyOne agrees to:
OnlyOne AI is offered as a free plan and as paid plans. The limits of each plan (questions, documents, photos) are shown in the app and may be adjusted for technical or cost reasons.
Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel them. You can cancel at any time in the app: your access stays active until the end of the period already paid, then stops, with no refund for the current period unless the applicable law provides one.
Results produced by artificial intelligence, including calories and macros estimated from a text or a photo, are estimates. They do not guarantee any health, weight loss, muscle gain or performance result.
The privacy policy (/legal/privacy) explains what information we collect, why, who it is shared with and how to exercise your rights. It is part of these terms.
You agree not to use OnlyOne to harm another person, get around the limits of plans or tools (for example the number of automatic analyses per day), extract content automatically, or share information about another person without their agreement.
The platform, its code, graphics, texts and brand belong to OnlyOne Plateform. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
The programs, plans and documents a coach creates for their clients belong to that coach, under their follow-up terms.
The content you add (measurements, photos, food journal) remains yours. You grant OnlyOne Plateform a non exclusive license to display and process it in the platform, only to provide the service to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OnlyOne Plateform, its directors and employees cannot be held liable for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages related to the use of the platform, including an injury, a health problem, data loss or financial loss. You follow the programs offered at your own risk.
Each coach is solely responsible for the services they provide and the follow-up terms they offer you.
Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law guarantees you as a consumer.
We may change these terms. If a change affects your rights or the price of your plan, we let you know in the app or by email at least 30 days before it applies; you can then cancel at no cost. The update date is shown at the top of this page.
These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and Canada. Any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the province of Quebec.
